1General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the oklv platform and the oklv.cam website ("Platform"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and oklv ("we", "us", "our").

This platform provides online betting, casino games, slots, live casino and related entertainment services. All services are operated solely for entertainment purposes and are based on the voluntary participation of members.

1.1 Effectiveness of the Terms

These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the platform and apply at all times while your account remains active. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions or games, and these serve as a supplement to these general Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. oklv is the sole authority on the final interpretation of any clause.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on the oklv platform and use its services, members must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may register and participate on our platform. We take a firm stance against gaming by minors and reserve the right to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of the additional account or all associated accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate cancellation of the account and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

If a withdrawal request exceeds a specified amount, or if oklv deems it necessary at its discretion, the member may be asked to submit documents for identity verification (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence). Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Account Security and Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your oklv account secure. Compliance with the following guidelines is mandatory.

3.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password that has not been used on any other site.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

3.2 Accountability for Account Use

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. oklv will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, unless it can be shown that the loss was directly caused by our negligence.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, transferring or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The rules relating to financial transactions on our platform are detailed below.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. This minimum applies equally across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on the oklv platform. These bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are non-transferable.
• If there is evidence of any bonus being misused or used in a fraudulent manner, oklv reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• oklv reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Programme

Our VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through active play. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The rules relating to betting and gaming on the oklv platform are as follows.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will be considered final and binding only when the system successfully confirms it. Bets that are incompletely processed due to a technical error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and other sports, bets will be settled based on official results. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with oklv policy.

6.3 Live Gaming

oklv is not liable for any internet disconnection that occurs during participation in live casino games. If the connection is restored, the ongoing game will either continue from where it left off or be settled according to the system-determined outcome.

6.4 Fair Play

oklv is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated using technology from recognised software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the oklv platform.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Creating an account using false, incorrect or another person's information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Misconduct, threats or harassment towards other members or oklv staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software or network.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

8Account Suspension and Termination

In the following circumstances, oklv reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion that the account has been compromised.

8.2 Post-Termination Process

After account termination, any remaining balance will be returned provided no breach of the Terms has occurred. If fraudulent activity is proven, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. All ongoing bets must be settled before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklv is not liable for the following.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime or technical errors.
• Problems caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
• Financial losses arising from unauthorised use of an account (where the member's own negligence is the cause).
• Any financial loss resulting from gaming decisions — this is entirely the personal responsibility of the member.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

10Responsible Gaming

oklv believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our members to maintain healthy and controlled gaming habits.

10.1 Self-Restriction Features

Any member may apply the following restrictions through our support team:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporarily suspend access to the account for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Permanently exclude yourself from the platform (Self-exclusion).

10.2 Protection of Minors

Requesting a chargeback for deposited funds is a violation of oklv's terms and conditions. In such cases, the account may be suspended and legal action may be taken.
